Responsibilities include:

  • Maneuver through provided database of agents
  • Cold call new and acquired leads to generate more business
  • Overcome objections and meet sales goals
  • Develop and maintain prospect database

Got Leads 365 has an A+ status with BBB. Our company is growing rapidly, and we’re looking to add a Sales Assistant to our San Diego team to help balance our increased workload.

Responsibilities include:

  • Scheduling and/or attending client meetings
  • Keeping track of important events & milestones
  • Identifying prospects & potential opportunities
  • Initiating contact
  • Research
  • Status calls

Required skills and experience:

  • 4-year degree
  • Relevant internship experience preferred
  • Basic computer skills—MS Office a must
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to work independently and with a team

Tech Support / IT Specialist

The Technical Support Specialist is a full-time, in-house position responsible for: help-desk support, computer maintenance, networking, WIFI, software installs, vendor trouble tickets, inventory, troubleshooting and more.

Required skills and experience:

  • 1+ years experience in IT and/or general help-desk support
  • 1+ years experience with both Windows and Apple troubleshooting
  • 1+ years experience with computer networking and devices (firewalls, switches, routers, printers, etc)
  • 3+ years experience in virus and spyware protection and eradication
  • 1+ years experience with software installation
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Computer programming and/or database administration a plus




Search & Social Manager

We're looking for a Search and Social Manager to support our inbound content marketing strategies for both B2B and B2C initiatives. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in guiding budgets for paid search and social campaigns, and deep knowledge of content creation and amplification through both organic search and social channels.

Responsibilities include:

  • Generating interest and engagement for content marketing initiatives
  • Daily program management: budgeting, performance reporting, bid management, campaign optimization, keyword research and ad copywriting
  • Competitive intelligence: keeping an expert eye on our competitors and the category's search landscape
  • Industry intelligence: staying up to date with the changing search landscape, utilizing best-in-class tools and resources
  • Implementing strategies to target and (profitably) acquire visitors for both short- and long-tail keywords
  • Testing, testing, testing: spearheading extensive ad copy, landing page, and keyword testing
